What is psychological trauma ?
Psychological trauma is the result of a deeply distressing event or series of events that exceed one’s ability to cope and integrate the experience into one’s sense of self and worldview.
I am a fully qualified and experienced accredited EMDR practitioner registered with EMDR UK(The UK’s EMDR’s governing body). I am also a qualified therapist (Registered member with the BACP) and Social worker (Registered with Social Work England).
I am experienced in using EDMR to help people with issues such as PTSD, Complex PTSD, Childhood trauma (Emotional, physical & Sexual abuse).
I also work to help people resolve, anxiety, stress, depression, phobias, Grif, addiction, OCD or chronic health conditions to name a few.
