I am an experienced and Accredited EMDR practitioner, a qualified therapist (Transactional Analysis ) and Social Worker (Adult Mental Health). 

I currently work in both private practice and as an EMDR trauma therapist within the NHS (an online EMDR service). 

I have many years of experience working in the mental health sector as both a social worker and therapist. I currently specialise in working with people who are experiencing the effects of trauma
