Therapy Session Rates

Any appointment cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged full rate regardless of reason. Appointments cancelled outside of the 48 hours will be refunded via bank transfer. this may take several days to complete the transfer. 

Payments for the initial consultation are to be made via bank transfer and will need to be settled in full within 48 hours of making the booking. Failure to do so will result forfeiting of the appointment.

If the appointment is made within 48 hours of your appointment, payment will be due the same day of booking.
